Shipping Policies
After completing your order, it will remain in processing for a maximum of three business days.
When your package is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the shipment tracking system.
Always check this link to verify any delivery attempts already made and any courier issues in locating your address.
Please note that couriers do not deliver by appointment and no phone contact is provided.
Fiore D'Oriente Srls offers an express delivery service.
The package will be delivered by courier within 3-5 business days (depending on your postal code).
Return Policies
Right of withdrawal
In case of purchase of products or services on www.fioredoriente.com, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, within 14 days, by sending an email to info@fioredoriente.eu communicating the intention to return the product.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the User or a third party – other than the carrier and designated by the User – acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must inform the Owner of the decision to withdraw through an explicit statement sent to the indicated contacts.
Effects of withdrawal
If the User withdraws from this contract, all payments made to the Owner, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), will be refunded without undue delay and in any case no later than 10 days from the day the Owner is informed of the User’s decision to withdraw from this contract.
These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the User will not incur any costs as a result of such refund. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the User has provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
The User is requested to return the goods and deliver them to the Owner without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which they communicated the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the User returns the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the User. The User is only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Limitations on the right of withdrawal for products
Damaged or used products, even partially, are not replaced or refunded. The User must include a copy of the delivery document received inside the packaging box.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: goods made to measure or clearly personalized or that, by their nature, risk rapid deterioration, are sealed and not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, or are related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.
Negative outcome on product availability verification
In case of a negative outcome of the product availability check, Fiore D'Oriente will send the Customer an email informing that the product is not available and that the Order cannot be accepted. This communication is immediately followed by the cancellation of the payment authorization or, if applicable, the full refund of the price already paid by the Customer at the time of placing the Order, according to the payment method previously used by the Customer. Fiore D'Oriente notes that the refund may not be immediately visible to the Customer if the chosen payment method is, for example, credit card or Paypal; the visibility times of the refund do not depend on Fiore D'Oriente, which therefore cannot be considered in default or responsible for refund delays attributable to the credit institution or Paypal.
In the case of a Mixed Order, Fiore D'Oriente will send the Customer an email informing them of the negative outcome of the availability check and their option to proceed with the purchase of only the available product or to cancel the entire Mixed Order. If no instructions are received from the Customer within 3 days from the date of Fiore D'Oriente’s communication, Fiore D'Oriente will proceed with the cancellation of the entire Mixed Order and, at the same time, the full refund of the price already paid by the Customer at the time of placing the Order, according to the payment method previously used by the Customer. Fiore D'Oriente notes that the refund may not be immediately visible to the Customer if the chosen payment method is, for example, credit card or Paypal; the visibility times of the refund do not depend on Fiore D'Oriente, which therefore cannot be considered in default or responsible in any case.
